The Pitfalls of Holistic Healing
3 things that will save you time and money
Spiritual therapies and holistic healing are areas that promise to take your miseries away. Sometimes instead of giving comfort, they unleash more and more questions stirring unwanted emotions. The whole purpose of healing suggests that there is something wrong in the first place as if one needs fixing. The way we approach this subject may be crucial for building or breaking our connection with ourselves.
It may be easy to fall into an addiction, chasing one therapy after the other in an attempt to seek answers or reach a resolution. The more we chase it, the more it seems to fall away from our fingers, the reason for it is that often doing therapies is just a way to avoid dealing with the true issue. The solution is always inside. The outside may help us grasp it, but when therapies are used as an excuse not to go inwards, it becomes a fallacy.
After many years studying, working and using different therapies and healing systems — which is the same as saying: after years falling into that trap over and over again — I reached some conclusions that may save you time and money if you are to pursue that road.
