The 3 Steps to make it through
Heartache: who hasn’t been through it? Either in the form of a personal relationship that ends or in the form of someone loved dying, heartache is inevitable for life on Earth. It is part of the human experience.
When a relationship ends, the heart seeks endless comfort and questions such as “How am I ever going to make it through this?” naturally arise. The mind needs to control and it can’t control what it can’t understand. Rather than continuously trying to understand things that are beyond your current state, the path of accepting what is, is the only viable solution. But how to get there? Is it possible to make it through times of grief with ease? Yes: it is possible! If you breath through the process, you will feel more and more comfortable with all the sensations that such a loss causes. I know it seems like a never ending energy at times, but I assure you it will pass. It’s like when you are in the middle of a deep intense crying: it seems like you’ll be there forever, but after some minutes, all the tears that came out seem to have lifted the energy and somehow you feel some relief.
