6 things you can do right now to boost your health

Are you constantly running around and you feel like you don’t have time to breathe? Do you need and want easy-to-do activities to ground you and shake the stress out of your body?

Here are 6 things you can start doing today to keep you stress-free:

1 — Walking

Physical exercise is a booster for the immune system and the main anti-stress activity known to Man. Moving the body balances the endocrine system supporting the organism to be in its natural state of health. It also contributes to better sleep, another ally to keep you fully recharged.

Whatever you do, get up for a few minutes from time to time and walk around. Walk as often as possible: walk to work, take the stairs instead of the elevator, take short walks during the day, take walking meetings, take a walk in nature after dinner, any excuse for you to walk is great! Your body and mind will thank you and you’ll feel better as you start walking more.

2 — Breathing
