Laughing is one of the most powerful medicines in the world! It releases the so-called feel good hormones, instantly reducing stress. It revitalizes your overall energy and it’s no wonder that part of my daily activities when I was living amongst Taoists in Asia was to start de day literally laughing out loud. This simple act instigates your healing process on physical, mental and emotional upset for it strengthens the immune system.
Since laughing oxygenates the body and the mind, it is an excellent exercise to start your day. Try to laugh every single day, even if it is a fake laugher, for your mind will follow your body’s move and you’ll feel like laughing for real.
